Having trained in both Architecture and Planning, Seb has built his career with some of the property industry’s most innovative developers. After starting out at Urban Splash, he went on to work for Skanska and Studio Hive before joining YTL Developments in 2017.
Seb now leads the team responsible for one of the most ambitious regeneration projects in the country: transforming the historic former Filton Airfield into Brabazon, a thriving new neighbourhood for Bristol. His role spans both the long‑term planning vision and the commercial strategy for the emerging destination, including the delivery and pre‑letting of major commercial and institutional spaces across the site.
