Joely Hill is an Associate Transport Planner working at WSP with over 13 years’ experience across the public and private sectors, including consultancy, local government and Transport for London. She specialises in transport strategy, development planning, masterplanning and policy development, with a particular interest in equality and inclusion, and in designing multi‑modal, less car‑dependent places that work for all users. She is a Board Director of the Transport Planning Society, the UK’s professional body for transport planners.
