Since April 2020, as Assistant Director of Affordable Housing at Homes England, Dilys has led a national team working with partners and places to increase the delivery of affordable homes. She joined Homes England (then HCA) in January 2010 holding a number of senior roles across North East Yorkshire and Humber focused on unlocking opportunities for housing growth.
Dilys has a background in affordable housing development and regeneration, starting her career in London followed by a move to Yorkshire. She has extensive experience of a wide range of capital projects, new build housing and regeneration having worked in both the registered provider and local authority sectors.
